Coaching for women in L&D

Land the $200k tech role you have been working toward

I help women in learning and development break into tech program management, the same path I took to a $200k+ role at a major tech company.

Who this is for

Built for women ready to move from L&D into tech

You work in L&D

You're in learning and development, training, or a L&D-adjacent role, and you're ready for what comes next.

Tech is calling

Tech program management keeps catching your eye: the scope, the pay, the chance to work on products that matter.

You want a plan, not guesswork

You're ready to invest in a structured, strategic path instead of spraying applications and hoping.

About

Hi, I'm Latifa Seini

For over 10 years I've built and run technical training programs inside large tech organizations, managing multi-million-dollar budgets and shipping AI-powered training tools.

I didn't start in tech. I started as an accountant, then went back for my master's in Instructional Design and Technology because that work fit my values and who I am. Along the way I saw new paths into tech that most people don't know exist, and I watched too many talented women in L&D do high-impact work while staying invisible on paper, underpaid for the scope they actually carry.

That's what I'm here to change: I help women see those paths, say out loud what they're worth, and get paid for it. We're going to have a lot of fun together!

The framework

The SEINI Method

Five principles for making the leap from learning & development into a $200k tech career without starting over.

  1. Strategy

Map your specific route from L&D into tech program management: the target roles, the companies, and the story your resume needs to tell.

  2. Execution

Turn that map into a weekly system of applications, conversations, and portfolio moves, so momentum compounds instead of stalling.

  3. Intention

Filter every effort through one question: does this get me closer to the offer? No busywork, no generic advice that wastes your evenings.

  4. Networking

Build genuine relationships inside tech before you need them, because warm referrals beat cold applications every single time.

  5. Impact

Learn to frame your L&D wins in the language tech hiring managers reward, and show up as a program manager before you hold the title.
